Life in the Breakdown Lane

90 days of making sure the hazards are on

Ever feel like life keeps moving while you're stuck on the side of the road wondering how the hell you got there?

Life in the Breakdown Lane isn't about fixing yourself, finding your inner peace, or pretending everything is wonderful. It's a 90-day guided road trip for those times when life feels messy, you're not quite sure where you're headed, and maybe you just need somewhere to start.

Each "mile" gives you a simple question with checkbox answers, two guided prompts to dig a little deeper, and a little Pam-style humor along the way. You'll also hit Road Hazard Kits, rest stops, coffee breaks, scenic overlooks, weigh stations, and other roadside stops designed to give you a chance to pull over, regroup, and see how far you've come.

You don't need to be good at journaling. You don't need beautifully organized thoughts. And you definitely don't need to stare at an empty page wondering what you're supposed to write.

Just show up as you are.

Over 90 miles, you'll laugh, think, probably call yourself out on a few things, leave some baggage behind, and start figuring out what you actually want the road ahead to look like.

No sugarcoating. No perfect answers. Just honest questions, real reflection, and a little tough love from someone who gets it.

Hazards on. Let's see where this road goes.

Laugh. Cry. Cuss a little. Drive on.

Take a look under the hood:
